Your device will not restart randomly in safe mode if the issue is caused by an app. To rule out the possibility that third-party apps are causing the restarts, boot your device in safe mode to temporarily disable all third-party elements. Touch the icon with three small dots → Remove Account → Remove Account.If you have multiple accounts setup, you will need to repeat these steps for each account.
